Refund policy

We want every product you buy on Buyyr to be worth owning. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Returns

Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories.
Some items, such as consumables, personal-care products and items marked non-returnable, cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order before it ships for a full refund. Once shipped, the return process applies.

Refunds
